You are going to do something amazing

My mission is to provide tailored coaching for men who are in the later stages of drug addiction; helping them build a foundation for lifelong rehabilitation, renewed purpose, and sustained well-being.

Face the facts of being what you are, for that is what changes what you are - Soren Kierkegaard

My journey was born from a place of deep-seated low self-esteem. When I began using drugs at 17, I mistook a blur of hedonism for a life of freedom. I thought I was living, but in reality, I was dying. It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I realised I wasn’t just addicted to a substance—I was addicted to escaping a version of myself I didn’t yet know how to value.

Having turned my own life around through the rigorous application of self-development, I now guide others along that same path. I specialise in helping clients bridge the gap between where they are and who they want to be, utilising accountability, goal setting, cognitive reframing, and identity shifting.

James Clear says “all change is an identity shift”, and so my mission is to help recovering addicts build an empowering future identity—one strong enough to overcome whatever life throws at them. While the traditional 12-step program is focused on the present, my approach is future-oriented and focused on achieving lifelong abstinence.

Negative self-talk, procrastination, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs work together to keep us stuck—trapped in a cycle of frustration and dissatisfaction that drives us towards intoxication. Tony Robbins says, “if you’re not growing, you’re dying”, and unless we reprogram our unconscious patterns, we’re bound to repeat the same destructive cycles.

I help clients annihilate their limiting beliefs so they can take massive action in each of key areas of their life; Mind & Emotions | Contribution | Self-Cultivation | Spirituality | Fun, Family & Friends | Mission and Purpose | Health & Fitness | Money. Just as a bicycle wheel requires even tension to spin truly, if you focus too much on one of these areas while neglecting the others, the integrity of your life as a whole will be adversely affected.

ultimately, there’s one investment that supersedes all others: Invest in yourself. Nobody can take away what you’ve got in yourself, and everybody has potential they haven’t used yet - warren buffett
