Transform Your Life: Recovery & Beyond
Tony Robbins says “you will remain stuck in your pain or problem until you value something more than your pain or problem.” Recovery is more than just the absence of a habit; it is the creation of a life so fulfilling that the old patterns no longer have a place. My coaching practice is designed to help you navigate the complex transition from addiction to a state of peak performance and personal mastery. I don’t just focus on “getting through the day”—I focus on designing an optimal tomorrow.
Phase 1: The Engine of Change
To sustain lasting recovery, I help address the three core “gears” of your daily experience. Most people fail because they only try to change their actions without changing their internal environment. My work begins by synchronising your mental intent, your physical energy, and the story you tell yourself about what is possible.

By aligning your Cognitive Alignment (what you focus on), your Physical Dynamic (how you treat your body), and your Internal Narrative (the meaning you give to life), I help you design a “Belief Architecture” that makes healthy behaviour a natural result rather than a constant struggle.
Phase 2: Navigating the Growth Journey
Recovery is a process of reclamation. It requires a clear roadmap so that when challenges arise, you know exactly where you are and what the next step entails. That’s why my sessions provide both accountability and self-awareness. We move through seven distinct milestones, from defining a vision that is more compelling than your past, to eventually giving back to others from a place of strength.

This journey is about more than just staying clean; it is about Mastering Challenges and Elevating Standards. We will organise your life into a series of Daily Disciplines which include exercise, positive self-talk and gratitude. These help ensure your growth is not just a temporary phase, but a permanent transformation.
Phase 3: Shifting Your Identity
To achieve your goals, you must first become the person that’s already achieved them. I will help you curate your values, identify your role models, upgrade your appearance, set big goals, take massive action, and develop a daily practice. By the end of the programme, you’ll have recorded a video of yourself reflecting on your past identity, your new identity, and how this transformation will shape your future.

In accordance with Charles Horton Cooley’s ‘looking-glass self’ theory, sharing your video with me and others will reinforce this new identity—helping build a foundation for lifelong abstinence. I will also help you grow in each of the 8 areas of my Wheel of Life: Mind & Emotions | Contribution | Self-Cultivation | Spirituality | Fun, Family & Friends | Mission and Purpose | Health & Fitness | Money.

F.A.Q.
Life coaching is the process of transforming one’s life from insight into action.
First we look at where you are, and determine where you want to get to. Once we know the destination, then we look at what is stopping you getting there, and how we can move you forward.
I use a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, positive psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I also draw from my personal experience of drug rehabilitation, as well as my 11 years experience in coaching and self-development.
Therapy is more focused on mental health, and transforming dysfunctional behaviours into functional ones. It tends to involve a lot of focus on the past.
Life Coaching, however, is more focused on moving forward and creating your future. Imagine you are in a car at point A. The process of my coaching is about determining where point B is for you, helping you determine the best route to get there, and seeing if there are any blockages in the engine of the car (such as limiting beliefs).
There may be some overlap with certain therapy and life coaching styles such as exploring your psyche. My life coaching tends to only revisit the past in an almost surgical way of rewriting old core beliefs, whereas therapy tends to focus exclusively on the past.
It should be stressed that life coaching is not a replacement for professional psychological help. If you believe you are suffering from mental health issues, you should first speak to your doctor as a first port of call.
Yes. I have a BSc (Hons) and CTAA Accredited Diplomas in Life Coaching as well as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
